Body and Core Pilates offers online classes and small class-based groups together with one to one Pilates sessions throughout Edinburgh and West Lothian. Classes are tailored for your needs and ability levels.
Classes run in 6-8 week blocks booked in advance. and take place in Edinburgh and West Lothian. Classes are fun, friendly and focused on improving health and strength to help you get the most out of life. They cater for all levels of ability. All you will need is your own mat, a small towel and a bottle of water.
Monthly online subscription includes access to all online classes and over 400 tailored workouts including full body, a breakdown of the classical matwork exercises, seniors & seated, targeted toning, Pilates for sport, pregnancy and kids. Each week two new classes are streamed on Facebook Live and are added to the online library.
Pilates can really make a difference in your health without taking a toll on your body. It provides a refreshing mind-body workout. By emphasising proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and concentration on smooth, flowing movement, you become acutely in tune with your body.
